Sentry + Querri

Sentry error analytics you can ask in plain language

Querri reads the issues and events for a Sentry project, plus your organization's releases. Ask which release brought new errors or which issues reach the most users, and get a table or chart back.

Querri only reads from Sentry and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Sentry data

Which releases brought in the most new issues?

Sentry shows new issues release by release, but ranking a quarter of releases side by side means clicking through each one. Querri reads releases with their new-issue counts, commit counts and release dates, and pins the comparison to a dashboard that refreshes with every sync.

Dashboards

Are the errors hurting users the same ones customers write in about?

User counts sit in Sentry and complaints sit in the support inbox, so nobody sees both at once. Connect Intercom too and Querri can line up issues by users affected with conversation volume over the same weeks.

Intercom

Did unresolved issues jump since the last sync?

Spotting a slow climb in open issues means someone remembering to look. Querri's nightly insights can watch issue counts and levels after each refresh and flag a jump before the weekly engineering review.

What comes over

What Querri reads from Sentry

Querri copies this data into your Library on a schedule, next to every other system you connect, so one question can draw on all of it.

  • Issues
  • Error events
  • Releases
  • Projects
  • Project details

Refreshed on your schedule

Each sync reloads the data you picked, daily, weekly or monthly, or whenever you run it by hand.

Read only

Querri reads from Sentry and never creates, edits or deletes anything there. Every answer runs on Querri's own copy.

Who sees what

Querri's own sharing and row-level access decide who sees which rows, in chat, dashboards, Claude, ChatGPT and the API.

FAQ

Sentry and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Sentry to Querri?

Enter three things in the secure form: your Sentry organization slug, the project slug and an authentication token, plus your host name if you run Sentry yourself. The Connector Agent sets up the rest without ever seeing the token, and you pick the refresh schedule.

What Sentry data comes into Querri?

Issues with their level, status, first and last seen dates, event counts and users affected; individual error events with tags, platform and user details; releases with versions, commit counts, deploy counts and new-issue counts; and project details. Events and issues come from the project you name, releases from the whole organization.

How fresh is the Sentry data?

Querri reloads the full set of Sentry data you picked on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, and you can run a sync by hand at any time. Answers come from the latest copy, so they reflect the state of Sentry at the last sync, not this minute.

Does Querri work with self-hosted Sentry?

Yes. Put your own Sentry host name in the connection form and Querri reads from that server instead of sentry.io. Leave the host name empty for Sentry's hosted service. Each connection reads issues and events for one project, so add a second connection to cover another.

Does Querri change anything in Sentry?

No. Querri only reads from Sentry. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Sentry data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
