Amplitude + Querri

Amplitude product analytics, asked in plain English

Querri reads your Amplitude events, user counts, sessions, retention and revenue figures. Ask what changed and why, and get answers that can also draw on the accounts and invoices behind those users.

Querri only reads from Amplitude and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Amplitude data

Which features do our highest-paying accounts actually use?

Amplitude knows what users did in the product, but plan and contract value live in your CRM or billing system. With both in the Library, Querri matches users to accounts on the field you name and ranks feature events by plan.

The Library

Are we counting active users the same way in every report?

In Amplitude, what counts as active sits inside each saved chart's settings, so two charts can quietly disagree. Save new and active users as KPIs once, and that single definition answers in chat, projects and Claude.

KPIs

Did active users or session length drop this week?

Nobody opens Amplitude every morning to look for a slip. Ask Querri to watch those numbers, and a monitor checks each new sync against the metric's own history and flags the move worth a look.

FAQ

Amplitude and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Amplitude to Querri?

Ask the Connector Agent to connect Amplitude, then type your project's API Key and Secret Key into the secure form and pick the US or EU data region. Querri checks the keys when you save, and the agent never sees them.

What Amplitude data does Querri bring in?

Raw events, the catalog of event types, daily active and new users, sessions, sessions per user, session length distribution, revenue, revenue lifetime value, retention and cohorts. You pick which of these to load, and each lands in the Library as its own table.

How often does Amplitude data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly, as you choose, and you can start a sync by hand at any time. Every run fetches the selected Amplitude data again from scratch, and Querri's answers come from that stored copy, never from a call to Amplitude at question time.

How far back does the Amplitude data go?

A rolling 30 days. Each sync fetches the most recent 30 days of events, users, sessions, revenue and retention and replaces the previous copy, so older days drop out. Event types and cohort definitions are not tied to dates and come over whole.

Does Querri change anything in Amplitude?

No. Querri only reads from Amplitude. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Amplitude data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
