Mixpanel + Querri

Mixpanel events and retention, beside your revenue

Querri reads your Mixpanel events, user profiles, cohorts and retention, so product usage can be asked about alongside deals, invoices and support tickets.

Querri only reads from Mixpanel and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Mixpanel data

Do accounts that use a feature in their first week close faster in the CRM?

Mixpanel knows what people did in the product, but deal stage and close date sit in your CRM. Where both share a user ID or email, Querri joins Mixpanel events to HubSpot deals and compares usage for won and lost accounts.

HubSpot

What share of last week's active users reached the key action?

Mixpanel can chart it, but what counts as active and which event is the key action tend to change with whoever builds the report. Define it once as a KPI over the synced events, and every team reads the same number after each refresh.

KPIs

Which events suddenly dropped off since yesterday?

A tracking break or a broken flow often shows up as an event that quietly stops firing, and nobody opens the right report until days later. Every night, a Querri monitor compares each event's count with its own history and flags the ones that moved sharply.

FAQ

Mixpanel and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Mixpanel to Querri?

With a service account. Ask the Connector Agent to connect Mixpanel, then enter the service account's username and secret and your project ID in the secure form. Querri tests the connection when you save, and the secret is stored encrypted.

What Mixpanel data comes into Querri?

Five sources: raw events with their properties, user profiles with their properties, cohort definitions, retention by date, and the project's top events by count. Each event's properties become their own columns, and the $ prefix is dropped from profile property names.

How often does Mixpanel data refresh?

On the schedule you choose: daily, weekly or monthly, or whenever you run a sync by hand. Each sync is a full refresh that replaces the previous copy. Questions run on that copy in your Library, not against Mixpanel directly.

How far back do Mixpanel events go?

Thirty days. Each sync reads events and retention for the last 30 days, so the copy in Querri always covers a rolling month. User profiles, cohorts and top events aren't limited by date.

Does Querri change anything in Mixpanel?

No. Querri only reads from Mixpanel. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Mixpanel data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
