What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their ChartMogul data

Which accounts made up last month's churned MRR?

ChartMogul charts churn well, but the story behind each churned account sits in support tickets and product usage elsewhere. Querri reads the churn activities, joins them to your other systems, and nightly insights call out unusual movements the morning after a sync.

Nightly insights & monitors

Do customers who came through sales expand faster?

Deal source and owner usually sit in the CRM, apart from the MRR movements ChartMogul records. Connect HubSpot as well and Querri matches customers to deals, so expansion MRR splits by source, owner or segment.

HubSpot

How has our customer count grown each quarter?

Growth charts stay inside ChartMogul, and putting them beside pipeline or headcount means copying numbers out. Querri reads the quarterly customer counts directly and saves the answer as a trusted one, so the board figure is the same everywhere it appears.

FAQ

ChartMogul and Querri: common questions

How do I connect ChartMogul to Querri?

Paste an API key and pick a start date in the secure form; that is the whole setup. Start by asking the Connector Agent for ChartMogul. Activities and customer counts dated before the start date stay out of the copy.

What ChartMogul data does Querri sync?

Customers with their MRR, ARR, status and lead and trial dates; activities, which record each new business, expansion, contraction, churn or reactivation movement with its MRR change; and customer counts by day, week, month and quarter.

How often does ChartMogul data update in Querri?

Daily, weekly or monthly on a schedule you set, or by hand at any time. Each sync replaces the previous copy with a full reload, so a question asked today uses the figures from the last completed sync.

Does Querri recalculate ChartMogul's MRR?

No. Querri reads the MRR, ARR and movement amounts ChartMogul has already calculated and works from them. You can still define your own measures on top, such as net expansion for one segment, and save them as KPIs so everyone uses one definition.

Does Querri change anything in ChartMogul?

No. Querri only reads from ChartMogul. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my ChartMogul data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
