Brex tracks spend against each budget, but laying every department's budgets side by side means exporting and rebuilding the view yourself. Querri joins card expenses to budgets and departments and keeps the gap on a dashboard that refreshes with each sync.
DashboardsEach card transaction carries a merchant descriptor, country and category code, and spotting trends across thousands of them is pivot-table work. Ask Querri and it groups card spend by category and month and points to where it is climbing.
AI ChatBrex has the card side and your accounting system has the books, so reconciling them usually happens in a spreadsheet at month end. With QuickBooks connected as well, Querri matches card transactions to ledger entries by date and amount and lists what doesn't line up.

Brex needs two entries in the secure form: a user token and a start date. Card transactions and expenses dated before that start date aren't copied.
