Invoiced + Querri

Invoiced AR reporting in plain language

Querri reads invoices, payments, credit notes, subscriptions, estimates and collection tasks from Invoiced, so receivables questions get an answer instead of another aging export.

Querri only reads from Invoiced and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Invoiced data

How has days sales outstanding changed this year?

Working a monthly DSO trend out of invoice and payment exports is spreadsheet work that has to be redone every month. Querri calculates it from invoice dates, payments and balances and saves it as a KPI that moves with every sync.

KPIs

Do autopay customers pay faster than the rest?

Autopay is a setting on each customer and payment timing lives on invoices, so the comparison never appears in a standard report. Ask Querri and it splits paid invoices by autopay status and compares days to pay.

AI Chat

Which collection tasks are overdue, and how much do those accounts owe?

Tasks and balances sit on different screens in Invoiced. Querri joins open tasks to each customer's unpaid invoices and builds a collections dashboard the AR team can work from each morning.

FAQ

Invoiced and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Invoiced?

By pasting one API key into the secure form. Ask the Connector Agent for Invoiced, add the key, then pick which of the sixteen objects to load. There is no start date or other setting to fill in.

What Invoiced data does Querri read?

Customers, contacts, invoices, payments, credit notes, credit balance adjustments, estimates, subscriptions, plans, items, coupons, tax rates, metered billing lines, payment sources, events, and the notes and tasks your team uses for collections. Pick only the ones you need.

How often does Invoiced data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly, or by hand when you need it sooner. With no start date to limit it, every sync rereads the complete history of each object you picked, and answers reflect the last completed sync.

Can I check Invoiced balances against my general ledger?

Yes, once your accounting system is connected too. Querri can check open invoice balances in Invoiced against receivables in QuickBooks or NetSuite, or put subscription MRR beside booked revenue, so month-end tie-outs no longer live in a spreadsheet.

Does Querri change anything in Invoiced?

No. Querri only reads from Invoiced. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Invoiced data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
