On whatever schedule you set: daily, weekly or monthly, plus a manual sync any time. Each sync reloads all selected data, so current-period usage in Querri is as of the last sync rather than up to the minute.
Yes. The connection form has an API URL field that defaults to Lago Cloud. Point it at your own instance's API address and Querri reads from there with your API key. Your Lago server needs to be reachable from Querri.
