Qonto + Querri

Qonto transaction analysis without the CSV export

Querri reads the transactions, labels and memberships on your Qonto account, so you can ask where money went, which payments still need a receipt and how VAT adds up month by month.

Querri only reads from Qonto and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Qonto data

How much did we spend under each label and category every month?

Filtering by one label at a time is easy in a banking app, but a month-by-month grid of every label usually means an export and a pivot table. Querri groups each transaction by its labels and category and keeps the grid on a dashboard that updates after every sync.

Dashboards

Which transactions are still waiting for a receipt?

Month-end receipt chasing tends to mean scrolling the transaction list and checking each line by eye. Querri reads the receipt fields on every transaction and can flag new spend that needs a receipt and has none in a nightly check.

Nightly insights & monitors

How does actual spend compare with the budget?

The bank holds the actuals and the budget usually sits in a spreadsheet, so the comparison gets rebuilt by hand each month. Querri puts Qonto transactions next to a budget in Google Sheets and answers plan against actual in one question.

FAQ

Qonto and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Qonto to Querri?

Ask the Connector Agent to connect Qonto, choose the Production endpoint, and enter your account's IBAN and API key (organization slug, a colon, then the secret key) in the secure form. Add a start date if you only want transactions from a certain point onward.

What Qonto data does Querri sync?

Transactions for the IBAN you enter, with amount, currency, VAT, category, status, settlement date, notes and receipt fields. Your labels and the account's memberships, including each member's role, come over too. Each connection reads the one IBAN you give it.

How often does Qonto data refresh?

On the schedule you choose: daily, weekly or monthly, or whenever you run a sync by hand. Each sync reloads everything from your start date, and questions run on the copy from the latest sync rather than on Qonto at that moment.

Can I check Qonto against my accounting system?

Yes. Connect QuickBooks or NetSuite next to Qonto and ask Querri to match bank transactions with booked entries by amount, date and reference. Anything without a match comes back as a list your finance team can work through.

Does Querri change anything in Qonto?

No. Querri only reads from Qonto. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Qonto data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
