RevenueCat + Querri

RevenueCat subscriber reporting across every store

Querri reads RevenueCat projects, apps, customers, subscriptions, purchases, entitlements and offerings, so you can ask how in-app revenue splits by store, country and product and set it beside the rest of the business.

Querri only reads from RevenueCat and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their RevenueCat data

Which offerings and packages turn into the most revenue?

Tying a purchase back to the offering a customer saw takes custom work once you leave the vendor's own charts. Querri joins subscriptions and purchases to the presented offering, its packages and products, and tracks revenue per offering as a KPI.

KPIs

How many subscribers turned off auto-renew this month?

Auto-renew status lives on each subscription, and counting changes across apps and stores by hand is slow. Every night, a Querri insight checks that field against its own history and tells you when cancellations-in-waiting climb.

Nightly insights & monitors

Does revenue per country keep pace with what we spend to acquire users there?

Store revenue sits in RevenueCat and spend sits in ad and finance tools, so the comparison usually lives in a spreadsheet. Querri combines them in one question and sends the result as a weekly report.

FAQ

RevenueCat and Querri: common questions

How do I connect RevenueCat to Querri?

You need an API key and a start date. Ask the Connector Agent for RevenueCat, paste the key into the secure form and pick the date; Querri then reads every project and app the key can see.

What RevenueCat data does Querri sync?

Projects, apps and each project's metrics overview, plus customers with their subscriptions, purchases, active entitlements, aliases and invoices. Entitlements, offerings, packages and products come over too, so revenue can be traced to what was sold.

How often does RevenueCat data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly, on the schedule you set, or whenever you start a sync yourself. Querri copies all RevenueCat records from your start date again each time, and answers come from that newest copy, not from RevenueCat directly.

Can Querri keep sandbox purchases out of revenue numbers?

Yes. Subscriptions and purchases carry RevenueCat's environment field, so Querri can separate sandbox from production. Save that as a rule once and every answer and dashboard counts production purchases only.

Does Querri change anything in RevenueCat?

No. Querri only reads from RevenueCat. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my RevenueCat data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
