How do I connect Aircall to Querri?
With an Aircall API ID, an API token and a Date-From date. Tell the Connector Agent you want Aircall, enter those in the secure form it opens, then choose the data and a refresh schedule. The credentials stay out of the agent's view.
Which Aircall data does Querri read?
Calls, including direction, status, duration, start, answer and end times, missed-call reason, assigned user, teams and tags. Querri also reads your phone numbers, users, teams, contacts, tags and the company record with its user and number counts.
How often is Aircall data refreshed?
Every sync reloads the Aircall data you selected in full, daily, weekly or monthly on the schedule you set, or on demand. Questions use Querri's stored copy, so call counts are as current as the most recent sync.
Does Querri bring over call recordings?
Querri reads the call records Aircall returns, which include fields such as the recording and voicemail links, but questions run on the call data itself: counts, durations, outcomes and who handled each call. It does not transcribe or analyze the audio.
Does Querri change anything in Aircall?
No. Querri only reads from Aircall. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.
Is my Aircall data secure in Querri?
Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
