CallRail + Querri

CallRail call tracking analysis, by asking

Querri reads CallRail calls with source, campaign, UTM tags, landing page, first-call flag, lead status and value, plus text conversations, companies and users. Ask which channels ring the phone and which calls became leads.

Querri only reads from CallRail and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their CallRail data

What does a qualified phone lead cost by channel?

CallRail tags each call with source, campaign and UTM values, while the spend behind those campaigns sits in Google Ads or another ad platform. Connect Google Ads as well and Querri keeps both in one Library, so cost per good lead by campaign is a single question.

The Library

Can each client see only their own call data?

Agencies run many companies in one CallRail account, and splitting reports by client is manual. Querri's workspaces and row-level access can scope calls by company, so each client team sees only its own numbers.

Workspaces & access

How many first-time callers came in this week?

CallRail flags first calls, but a weekly recap by source and company still means a fresh export every Monday. Ask Querri once and schedule it as a report that lands in the inbox every Monday.

FAQ

CallRail and Querri: common questions

How do I connect CallRail to Querri?

How often does CallRail data update?

CallRail data reloads in full each time it syncs, daily, weekly or monthly on your schedule, or whenever you start a sync by hand. Answers reflect the latest sync, so a call from this morning appears after the next refresh.
