Calendly + Querri

Calendly meeting reporting in plain language

Querri reads Calendly scheduled events and their invitees, with cancellations, reschedules, booking question answers and UTM tracking, plus event types, groups and memberships. Ask which sources fill your calendar and how many meetings hold.

Querri only reads from Calendly and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Calendly data

Which campaigns book meetings that become deals?

Calendly stores UTM tracking on each invitee, but your deals are in the CRM, so source-to-revenue reporting stops at the booking. With HubSpot connected, Querri joins invitees to contacts and deals and answers in one table.

HubSpot

Is our cancellation rate creeping up?

Cancellations show up one event at a time in Calendly, which makes a rate over months hard to read. Querri can track cancelled and rescheduled invitees as a KPI by event type and month.

KPIs

What do invitees say in the booking questions?

Booking question answers are free text, so the same company size or need is typed a dozen ways. Querri's data cleansing can standardize those answers into clean groups you can count and chart.

FAQ

Calendly and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Calendly to Querri?

Paste a Calendly API key and choose a start date in the secure form the Connector Agent opens; the agent never sees the key. The start date limits how far back scheduled events and invitees go. After that, pick a refresh schedule and confirm the first load.

What Calendly data does Querri read?

Scheduled events with start and end times, status, location and event type; invitees with name, email, status, cancellation and reschedule details, booking question answers and UTM tracking; plus event types, groups, organization memberships and the connected user.

How current is Calendly data in Querri?

Querri reloads your Calendly data in full on the schedule you choose, daily, weekly or monthly, and you can sync on demand. A meeting booked an hour ago appears after the next sync, not instantly.

Can I compare Calendly meetings with ad spend?

Yes, once Google Ads is connected too. Invitee UTM fields come over with every booking, so where your UTM campaign values match your Google Ads campaign names, Querri can work out cost per booked meeting by campaign from the copies of both in your Library.

Does Querri change anything in Calendly?

No. Querri only reads from Calendly. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Calendly data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
