Bitly + Querri

Bitly click reporting across links and campaigns

Querri reads your Bitly links, click counts, campaigns, channels, groups and QR codes, so you can see which links pull traffic and tie those clicks to what happened next.

Querri only reads from Bitly and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Bitly data

Which campaigns and channels drove the most clicks this week?

Totals by campaign mean adding up clicks link by link across groups. Querri rolls clicks up by campaign and channel and emails the summary on a schedule.

Reports & automation

Are clicks on our main links dropping off?

A slow decline is easy to miss when you only check a link after a send. Every night, a Querri monitor checks each link's clicks against its own history and calls out a link or QR code whose clicks fall well below its usual level.

Nightly insights & monitors

Do link clicks turn into signups?

Bitly counts clicks, and the CRM records who signed up, so the two numbers rarely meet. Querri lines up clicks by day and campaign with new contacts from HubSpot in a single answer.

FAQ

Bitly and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Bitly to Querri?

With a Bitly access token and a date range. Ask the Connector Agent to connect Bitly, paste the token into the API key field of the secure form, and set the start and end dates that bound which links are read.

What Bitly data does Querri sync?

Links and their click counts, campaigns, channels, groups and group settings, organizations, shorten counts for groups and organizations, branded short domains and QR codes, including the link each QR code points to.

How often does Bitly data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly, on the schedule you set, or whenever you run it yourself. Bitly data inside your date range is read again in full each time, and questions run on that copy rather than on Bitly at the moment you ask.

Will links created after I connect keep showing up?

Not until you move the end date. Querri reads links created between the start and end dates in your connection, so anything shortened after the end date stays out until you push that date forward.

Does Querri change anything in Bitly?
