Brevo + Querri

Brevo campaign and CRM analytics in plain English

Querri reads Brevo contacts, lists, segments, and email and SMS campaigns with their statistics, plus companies, deals, tasks and notes from Brevo's CRM, so marketing and sales numbers sit in one place.

Querri only reads from Brevo and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Brevo data

How do email and SMS campaigns compare month over month?

Email and SMS results sit in separate campaign lists, so a side-by-side view takes two exports and a merge. Querri reads both with their statistics and keeps the comparison on a dashboard.

Dashboards

How much pipeline sits in each deal stage?

Brevo deals carry their pipeline and stage, but tracking the total by stage week after week means saving numbers by hand. Querri turns deal value by stage into a KPI that updates with every sync.

KPIs

Which open deals have overdue tasks?

Tasks and deals are linked in Brevo, but a list of every deal with a missed task is not one click away. Querri joins tasks to deals by due date and completion and sends the list to the sales lead each Monday.

FAQ

Brevo and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Brevo to Querri?

With an API key and a start date. Tell the Connector Agent you want Brevo, put the key in the secure form and choose how far back dated records should go. Nothing else is needed.

What Brevo data does Querri sync?

Contacts, contact attributes, lists, folders and segments, senders and domains, email and SMS campaigns with their statistics, and CRM companies, deals, pipeline stages, tasks, task types and notes. Account details and invited users come over too.

How often does Brevo data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly, whichever you set, or on demand. Brevo campaigns, contacts and deals are copied again in full at each sync, and answers come from Querri's latest copy rather than from Brevo in the moment.

Does Querri get opens and clicks for each contact?

No. Statistics come over at the campaign level, with each email and SMS campaign. Individual open and click events per contact are not part of this connector.

Does Querri change anything in Brevo?

No. Querri only reads from Brevo. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Brevo data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
