Chargify + Querri

Chargify subscription reporting, answered in plain words

Querri reads customers, subscriptions, invoices, coupons and transactions from Chargify, so questions about churn, overdue invoices and discounts come back with the numbers behind them.

Querri only reads from Chargify and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Chargify data

Which coupons bring in customers who stay?

Chargify records coupon use on each subscription, but following those subscriptions months later means stitching exports together. Querri tracks every couponed subscription to its current state and turns retention by coupon into a KPI you can watch.

KPIs

How much revenue is sitting in overdue invoices?

Invoices carry due dates and amounts due, but the aging view finance wants rarely matches the built-in one. Querri buckets open invoices by age and customer and emails the list to finance on a schedule.

Reports & automation

Which at-risk Salesforce accounts carry the most subscription revenue?

Billing lives in Chargify and account health lives in the CRM, so nobody sees both at once. With Salesforce connected too, Querri joins subscriptions to accounts and opportunities so renewal risk and revenue sit in one answer.

Through the Connector Agent and a secure form: enter your Chargify API key, your site's domain and a username. Once it connects, you pick which of the five Chargify objects to load and how often they refresh.

What Chargify data comes into Querri?

Customers, subscriptions, invoices, coupons and transactions. Subscriptions include their state, billing amounts, current period dates and cancellation details, and transactions cover charges, payments and refunds, so you can trace revenue from the plan to the money collected.

How often is Chargify data refreshed?
