Campaign Monitor + Querri

Campaign Monitor reporting for every client account

Querri reads your Campaign Monitor clients, subscriber and suppression lists, segments, templates, and sent, draft and scheduled campaigns, so agencies and in-house teams can see all their sending in one place.

Querri only reads from Campaign Monitor and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Campaign Monitor data

Can each client see only their own campaigns?

Sharing results with clients usually means separate exports for each one. Querri's row-level access lets every client see only their own campaigns and lists while your team sees all of them.

Workspaces & access

What is scheduled to go out next week, across all clients?

Scheduled campaigns sit inside each client account, so a combined calendar means opening them one by one. Querri lists every scheduled send by client and date and emails it to the team each Friday.

Reports & automation

Which clients reach the most recipients, and with what?

Sent campaigns carry subject, sender, tags and total recipients, but comparing clients means opening each account in turn. In one chat answer, Querri ranks clients by recipients reached and shows the tags behind their biggest sends.

FAQ

Campaign Monitor and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Campaign Monitor to Querri?

Use your API key as the username. After you ask the Connector Agent for Campaign Monitor, enter the key in the secure form's username field and leave the password blank. The key is on your Account Settings page.

What Campaign Monitor data does Querri sync?

Clients and client details, admins, people, subscriber lists, suppression lists, segments, tags, templates, and sent, draft and scheduled campaigns. Sent campaigns include subject, sender, send date, tags and total recipients.

How often does Campaign Monitor data refresh?

On the daily, weekly or monthly schedule you choose, or by hand. Querri replaces its copy of every client's lists, campaigns and templates at each sync, so a campaign that has gone from scheduled to sent shows as sent after the next run.

Does Querri get open and click rates from Campaign Monitor?

Not from this connector. Sent campaigns arrive with subject, sender, send date, tags and total recipients, but per-campaign opens, clicks and bounces are not part of what it reads.

Does Querri change anything in Campaign Monitor?

No. Querri only reads from Campaign Monitor. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Campaign Monitor data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
