CharityTracker + Querri

CharityTracker reports your funders and board can read

Querri reads the cases, households, assistance, assessments, outcomes and referrals in your CharityTracker or Oasis Insight network, along with the lookup tables that turn IDs into names. Ask in plain language and get totals by agency, county, category or funding source.

Querri only reads from CharityTracker and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their CharityTracker data

How much assistance did we give by category and funding source this quarter?

Assistance records carry IDs for category, unit and funding source, so a raw export needs several lookups before it means anything. Querri brings over those lookup tables too and can send the finished breakdown to your board or funders on a schedule.

Reports & automation

Which agencies in our network serve the most households, and where?

Households, cases, agencies and counties arrive as separate records linked by IDs, so a network-wide count means joining them first. Querri does that join and keeps the breakdown on a dashboard that updates with each sync.

Dashboards

How many clients reached the goals on their outcome plans?

Outcome goals, case steps and statuses sit in separate tables, and what counts as "met" differs by program. Write that definition down once in Facts & rules, and every answer about outcomes uses it.

FAQ

CharityTracker and Querri: common questions

How do I connect CharityTracker to Querri?

Ask the Connector Agent to connect CharityTracker, then enter your network subdomain and External API Key in the secure form. The key comes from SimonSolutions and is issued to a network admin. The agent never sees it.

What CharityTracker data comes into Querri?

Cases, households, assistances, assessments with their values, outcome goals, outcome cases and steps, and referral requests, plus case details, phone numbers, income and expenses. Lookup tables such as agencies, agents, counties, categories, units and funding sources come over too, so IDs resolve to names.

How often does CharityTracker data refresh?

Cases, households, assistances, assessments, outcome cases and referral requests can sync incrementally, bringing only records changed since the last run. Lookup tables and detail records such as case details reload in full each time. You set the schedule.

Does Querri work with Oasis Insight?

Yes. Oasis Insight and CharityTracker share the same API. Enter your full Oasis Insight host, such as yournetwork.oasisinsight.net, in the network field instead of just the subdomain, and Querri reads it the same way.

No. Querri only reads from CharityTracker. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my CharityTracker data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
