Close + Querri

Close sales reporting, from first call to closed deal

Querri reads your Close leads, contacts and opportunities together with every logged call, email, SMS, meeting and status change. Ask how activity turns into pipeline and get the numbers back.

Querri only reads from Close and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Close data

How many calls and emails does it take to qualify a lead?

Close logs every touch, but tying activity counts to the date a lead's status changed means stitching several exports together. Querri joins calls and emails to lead status changes, and you can save the result as a trusted answer the whole team reuses.

Trusted answers

Which open opportunities have had no activity in two weeks?

Sweeping every pipeline for deals that went quiet is a weekly chore that rarely gets done on time. Querri lists open opportunities with no recent call, email or meeting and sends that list to reps on a schedule.

Reports & automation

What's each rep's win rate by pipeline this quarter?

Win rate depends on how status changes are counted, and two spreadsheets rarely agree. Define it once as a KPI in Querri, built from opportunity status changes, and every chart and report uses the same figure.

FAQ

Close and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Close to Querri?

Through an API key from Close's Settings > Developer > API Keys page. The Connector Agent opens a secure form where you paste it. A replication start date is optional and trims older opportunities, activities and tasks.

What Close data does Querri sync?

Leads, contacts, opportunities, users, pipelines and statuses, plus activities: calls, emails and email threads, SMS, meetings, notes, custom activities and lead and opportunity status changes. Tasks, email sequences, templates, smart views and custom field definitions come over as well.

How often does Close data refresh?

Close data reloads on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, and you can trigger a run by hand. A call logged this morning shows up after the next sync rather than straight away, since questions run on the copy in Querri.

Can I combine Close with billing data?

Yes. Connect Stripe or QuickBooks next to Close and ask questions that span both, such as which leads became paying customers and what they spent in their first year. You tell Querri which fields link the two, like email or company name.

Does Querri change anything in Close?

No. Querri only reads from Close. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Close data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
