Copper + Querri

Ask Copper CRM questions without building a report

Querri reads the people, companies, opportunities and projects in your Copper account. Ask about deals, accounts and the work that follows a sale, and get a table or chart back.

Querri only reads from Copper and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Copper data

Which won opportunities haven't been invoiced yet?

Copper tracks the deal but not the invoice, so matching won opportunities to billing happens in a spreadsheet. Connect QuickBooks next to Copper and Querri matches them by company and lists what's still unbilled.

How much open pipeline sits with each owner, by stage?

Slicing open pipeline by owner and stage at once usually means building a report first. Ask Querri from Claude or ChatGPT and get open value by owner and stage without switching tools.

Can each regional manager see only their own accounts?

A Copper export shared by email gives everyone every row. In Querri, workspaces and row-level access let each manager see only their region's companies and deals, all from the same synced copy.

FAQ

Copper and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Copper to Querri?

With an API key plus the email of the person who generated it, since Copper expects both together. Only Copper admins can generate keys, under Settings > Integrations > API Keys. The Connector Agent gives you a secure form for both.

What Copper data comes over?

Four record types: people, companies, opportunities and projects, with the fields Copper returns for each, including owner, pipeline stage, value, close date, status, tags and custom fields. People also carry the date they were last contacted.

How often does Copper data refresh?

Copper syncs run daily, weekly or monthly, or on demand. All four record types are fetched whole on every run, so stage and owner changes are always reflected. Questions run on that copy in Querri, never directly against Copper.

Does Querri read Copper activities, tasks or emails?

No. The Copper connector reads people, companies, opportunities and projects only. If you need call or email volume in the same answer, connect the system where that activity lives and Querri can join it to your Copper records.

Does Querri change anything in Copper?

No. Querri only reads from Copper. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Copper data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
