Customer.io + Querri

Querri reads your Customer.io campaigns, newsletters, broadcasts, messages, segments and activity. Ask which sends reached the right people, and check the results against deals and revenue held in your other systems.

Querri only reads from Customer.io and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Customer.io data

Did the people our onboarding campaign reached go on to close?

Customer.io records who got each message, but the deal outcome lives in your CRM. Connect HubSpot alongside it and Querri lines up message recipients with their deals, naming the field it used to match them.

HubSpot

Which campaigns and broadcasts had delivery problems last week?

Checking delivery status campaign by campaign is slow, and an export goes stale as soon as it lands. Querri reads messages with their delivery status and can send a weekly summary by campaign to whoever owns deliverability.

Reports & automation

What did we send this account in the last month?

Account managers want that answer mid-call, not after a trip into another tool. With Customer.io messages in Querri, they can ask from Claude or ChatGPT and see what went out, under the access rules you set.

FAQ

Customer.io and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Customer.io to Querri?

Paste an App API key into the secure form after asking the Connector Agent to connect Customer.io, then pick Global (US) or EU as the region. The agent never handles the key, and Querri uses it only to read.

What Customer.io data does Querri read?

People, segments, campaigns, newsletters, broadcasts, individual messages with their delivery status, and activity logs of customer events and actions. You choose which to load, and they sit in your Library next to the other systems you connect.

How often is Customer.io data refreshed?

Whenever your schedule says: once a day, once a week or once a month. You can also trigger a sync yourself. Every sync replaces the earlier copy with a complete fresh read of the Customer.io objects you chose.

Does Querri bring in Customer.io campaign metrics?

Campaigns come over as their definitions, not as metric rollups. Delivery results come from Messages, where every sent message carries its own status, so counts of delivered, bounced or failed sends per campaign are built from those rows. Choose the EU region when connecting if your workspace lives there.

Does Querri change anything in Customer.io?

No. Querri only reads from Customer.io. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Customer.io data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
