What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their EmailOctopus data

Which of our lists have the most unsubscribes?

EmailOctopus shows each list's counts on that list's own page. Querri pulls subscribed, pending and unsubscribed counts for every list into one table, and a monitor can tell you when unsubscribes on a list pass a number you choose.

Nightly insights & monitors

How often are we emailing each audience?

Your campaign history is ordered by date rather than by audience, so send frequency per list takes manual tallying. Querri counts sent campaigns by list and month and can email you that table as a scheduled report.

Reports & automation

Where are double opt-in confirmations stalling?

Pending sign-ups and the double opt-in setting sit inside each list's details. Querri puts them side by side for every list so you can spot where confirmations pile up, then ask follow-up questions in chat.

FAQ

EmailOctopus and Querri: common questions

How do I connect EmailOctopus to Querri?

Ask the Connector Agent to connect EmailOctopus and paste your API key into the secure form it shows you; the agent never sees it. Then choose campaigns, lists or both, set a refresh schedule, and approve the first load.

What EmailOctopus data does Querri sync?

Two tables. Campaigns, with name, subject, sender, status, send time and the lists each one went to. Lists, with subscribed, pending and unsubscribed counts, the double opt-in setting, custom fields and creation date. Individual subscriber records are not part of this connector.

How often does EmailOctopus data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly, whichever you pick, plus a manual sync whenever you need one. Each sync is a full refresh that reloads all campaigns and lists, so the list counts in Querri match EmailOctopus as of the most recent sync.

Can Querri show open and click rates for EmailOctopus campaigns?

No. This connector reads campaign details and list counts, not campaign reports, so opens, clicks and bounces are not in Querri's copy. Querri can still answer questions about send volume, timing and the size of each audience you send to.

Does Querri change anything in EmailOctopus?

No. Querri only reads from EmailOctopus. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my EmailOctopus data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
