What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Encharge data

Which segment holds our highest-scoring leads?

Encharge lists a segment's members, but comparing lead scores across segments means exporting each one. Querri joins segment membership to people, ranks segments by average lead score, and keeps that number on a KPI your sales team watches.

KPIs

How many contacts have gone quiet in the last 60 days?

Last activity is stored on each person, so finding inactive contacts at scale usually means building a segment by hand. Querri filters on last activity in plain language and can send the count every Monday as a scheduled report.

Reports & automation

How much of our list is role-based or disposable addresses?

Encharge flags role-based and disposable emails on individual records. Querri counts them by signup month and by tag, so list hygiene becomes a standing check rather than a one-off export.

FAQ

Encharge and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Encharge to Querri?

Using your Encharge API key and nothing else. Tell the Connector Agent you want Encharge, and it hands you a secure form for the key that the agent itself cannot see. After that you choose people, segments or the rest, and how often they refresh.

What Encharge data does Querri sync?

People with name, email, title, tags, lead score, last activity and email validation flags; segments and which people belong to each; tags; custom field definitions; object schemas; and your Encharge account details. Email activity history and individual tracked events are not included.

How often does Encharge data refresh?

On the schedule you choose: daily, weekly or monthly, with manual syncs any time. Each sync is a full refresh that rereads people, segments and the rest, so segment membership in Querri reflects Encharge at the moment of the last sync.

Can I combine Encharge with Salesforce or HubSpot?

Yes, and lead scores are the usual reason. Once your CRM is connected too, Querri pairs Encharge people with CRM contacts on email address, so you can check whether high scores line up with open opportunities or which segments produced this quarter's closed deals.

Does Querri change anything in Encharge?

No. Querri only reads from Encharge. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Encharge data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
