Kit (ConvertKit) + Querri

Kit (ConvertKit) reports on list growth and sign-ups

Querri reads your Kit subscribers, the forms, tags and sequences they joined, your segments and your broadcasts. Ask which sign-up paths grow your list and which audiences you email most.

Querri only reads from Kit (ConvertKit) and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Kit (ConvertKit) data

Which forms bring in buyers, not just sign-ups?

Kit records who signed up through each form, while orders live in your store or billing system, so tying a sale back to a form takes a spreadsheet lookup. Querri matches form sign-ups to customers by email address and charts revenue by form on a dashboard.

Dashboards

How many people joined each sequence this month?

Kit shows subscribers inside each sequence, one sequence at a time. Querri counts sequence subscriptions by the date they were added across every sequence, and nightly insights point out a sequence whose sign-ups suddenly drop.

Nightly insights & monitors

Which tags grew fastest this quarter?

Seeing how each tag grew over time means exporting its subscribers one tag at a time. Querri counts tag assignments by the date each tag was applied, across every tag, and you can ask the same question from Claude or ChatGPT.

FAQ

Kit (ConvertKit) and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Kit to Querri?

With a Kit v4 API key and a start date. Ask the Connector Agent for Kit, enter the key in the secure form it opens, which the agent itself never reads, and pick the start date. Then select the Kit data you want and how often it refreshes.

What Kit data does Querri sync?

Subscribers with state, name, email and custom fields; form, sequence and tag subscriptions with their dates; forms, sequences, tags and segments; broadcasts with subject, preview text and send time; custom field definitions; email templates; and your account details. Purchases are not included, because Kit only shares them over a sign-in connection Querri doesn't use.

How often does Kit data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly on your schedule, or by hand whenever you like. Each Kit sync is a full refresh: Querri rereads everything you selected from the start date forward, so the copy matches Kit as of the last run.

What does the start date do for Kit?

It sets how far back Querri reads. Subscribers last updated before the start date, and form, sequence and tag subscriptions added before it, are left out. Forms, tags, sequences, segments and broadcasts are read in full whatever date you choose.

Does Querri change anything in Kit (ConvertKit)?

No. Querri only reads from Kit (ConvertKit). It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Kit (ConvertKit) data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
