What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their MailerLite data

Which campaigns beat our average click rate?

MailerLite reports each campaign's stats on its own report page. Querri puts every campaign's opens and clicks in one table, and you can save the average as a trusted answer so everyone measures against the same benchmark.

Trusted answers

Which automations reach the most subscribers?

Automation results sit inside each workflow. Querri compares qualified subscribers, email counts and stats across all your automations on a dashboard that updates after every sync.

Dashboards

Do engaged subscribers come from one sign-up source?

Every MailerLite subscriber carries a source plus personal open and click rates, but grouping by source means exporting the list. Querri groups subscribers by source and signup month, reports average engagement for each, and can send it as a monthly report.

FAQ

MailerLite and Querri: common questions

How do I connect MailerLite to Querri?

A MailerLite API token is all it takes. Ask the Connector Agent for MailerLite and drop the token into the secure form it opens, out of the agent's view. Then decide which MailerLite data comes over and on what schedule.

What MailerLite data does Querri sync?

Subscribers with status, sign-up source, dates and their own open and click rates; campaigns with schedules and stats; automations with triggers, steps and stats; segments with size, open rate and click rate; and pop-up, embedded and promotion forms with opens and conversions.

How often does MailerLite data refresh?

Whenever your schedule says: daily, weekly or monthly, and you can trigger a sync by hand too. MailerLite syncs are full refreshes, so each run reloads subscribers, campaigns, automations, segments and forms in their entirety.

Are MailerLite groups included?

Not as their own table. Forms show which groups they add people to, but group membership itself isn't synced. Segments, with their size, open rate and click rate, are the closest way to compare audiences in Querri.

Does Querri change anything in MailerLite?

No. Querri only reads from MailerLite. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my MailerLite data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
