Mailgun + Querri

Mailgun deliverability reports from your event logs

Querri reads your Mailgun sending domains and the events behind them: deliveries, failures, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and complaints. Ask where mail is failing and why, and get a count instead of a log search.

Querri only reads from Mailgun and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Mailgun data

Why is mail to one mailbox provider failing?

Mailgun's logs show failures event by event, with the reason inside each record. Querri groups failed events by recipient domain and delivery-status reason, so the pattern comes back as one answer in chat.

AI Chat

Did deliverability slip yesterday?

Catching a bad day in Mailgun means remembering to check. After each sync, nightly insights look over the event data and call out a jump in failures or complaints on a sending domain.

Which tagged sends drive the most clicks?

Tags travel with every Mailgun event, but totaling clicks per tag across thousands of events is slow by hand. Querri rolls up opens and clicks by tag and domain and tracks click rate as a KPI.

FAQ

Mailgun and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Mailgun to Querri?

With a private API key and a region. When you ask the Connector Agent for Mailgun, it opens a secure form for the key that it cannot read, and you choose US or EU. A start date for events is optional; then set a schedule and approve the first load.

What Mailgun data does Querri sync?

Your sending domains with their state and settings, and the account's email events, such as delivered, failed, opened, clicked, unsubscribed and complained. Each event carries its recipient and recipient domain, tags, delivery status, failure reason, geolocation and client information.

How often does Mailgun data refresh?

Daily, weekly or monthly, or by hand. Each sync is a full refresh that rereads domains and every event from your start date, or from 90 days before the sync when you haven't set a start date.

What if my Mailgun domains are in the EU region?

Choose EU when you connect. Querri then reads from Mailgun's EU endpoint, and with the default, US, it reads from the US one. Each connection reads a single region, so pick the one where your sending domains are hosted.
