What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Mailjet data

Which lists are losing the most subscribers?

Mailjet stores the unsubscribe date on each list membership, so a month-by-month view across lists takes exports. Querri counts unsubscribes by list and month and sends the table to your inbox as a scheduled report.

Reports & automation

Which campaigns had the most bounced or blocked messages?

Message status lives on each sent email, apart from the campaign record. Querri joins messages to campaigns and counts bounced, blocked and spam-flagged messages per campaign, and you can dig in with follow-up questions in chat.

AI Chat

What are our open and bounce rates overall?

Lifetime counts for sent, opened, clicked, bounced, blocked and spam messages arrive as a summary record. Querri turns them into KPIs, so email rates sit beside the numbers from your other systems.

FAQ

Mailjet and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Mailjet to Querri?

You need two values from Mailjet, the API key and the secret key. Give both to the secure form the Connector Agent opens when you ask for Mailjet; neither is visible to the agent. Pick contacts, lists, campaigns or messages, set a schedule, and approve the first load.

What Mailjet data does Querri sync?

Contacts with delivery counts, last activity and unsubscribe status; contact lists and their sizes; list memberships with subscribe and unsubscribe dates; campaigns; individual messages with status, subject and campaign; and lifetime sending statistics such as sent, opened, clicked and bounced counts.

How often does Mailjet data refresh?

On the schedule you set, daily, weekly or monthly, and on demand. Each Mailjet sync is a full refresh that reloads contacts, lists, campaigns and messages, so Querri's copy reflects Mailjet as of the latest sync.

Can I see which Mailjet contacts are also customers?

Yes, once your CRM or billing system is connected alongside Mailjet. Email address ties a Mailjet contact to a customer record, so you can list customers who unsubscribed or reported mail as spam and warn account teams before the next campaign goes out.

Does Querri change anything in Mailjet?

No. Querri only reads from Mailjet. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Mailjet data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
