What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their SendGrid data

Are bounces piling up at a few mailbox providers?

SendGrid lists bounces and blocks one address at a time, so spotting a pattern means exporting and grouping by hand. Querri groups them by recipient domain and reason, and flags a domain whose bounce count jumps overnight.

Nightly insights & monitors

Which Single Sends got the best click rate this quarter?

Stats are kept per Single Send, with A/B variations split out, so comparing a whole quarter of sends is slow. Querri ranks them by open and click rate and can email the table to your team every Monday.

Reports & automation

What share of our contacts can we no longer reach?

Bounces, blocks, invalid emails, spam reports and unsubscribes are five separate lists in SendGrid. Querri checks all of them against your contacts and tracks the unreachable share as a KPI.

FAQ

SendGrid and Querri: common questions

How do I connect SendGrid to Querri?

What SendGrid data does Querri read?

Contacts, lists and segments; Single Sends, Single Send stats and automation stats; legacy campaigns and templates; and the suppression lists: bounces, blocks, spam reports, invalid emails, global unsubscribes and suppression groups with their members.

How often does SendGrid data refresh?

Each sync reloads your selected SendGrid data in full, on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule or by hand. Suppression records go back as far as the start date you set when connecting.

Can I check suppressed addresses against my CRM?
