Appcues + Querri

Every Appcues flow and checklist, in one searchable list

Querri reads the in-app content you build in Appcues, flows, checklists, banners, pins and launchpads, with their state, tags and who last changed them, plus your tags and segments.

Querri only reads from Appcues and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Appcues data

Which published flows have gone stale?

Appcues lists content by type, so a review across flows, banners and pins means clicking through each screen. Querri pulls them into one table with published state and last update, ready to filter.

The Library

Who on the team is publishing the most in-app content?

Each item records who created and updated it, but Appcues does not roll that up by person. Querri counts content by creator and month and keeps it on a dashboard for the product ops lead.

Dashboards

Which tags are applied to no published content at all?

Tags drift as campaigns end, and spotting unused ones means checking every item. Querri compares the tag list against the tags on published content and returns the leftovers.
