Gainsight PX + Querri

Ask Gainsight PX who is engaged and who went quiet

Querri reads the accounts, users, features, segments and knowledge center articles in Gainsight PX, so you can ask about engagement by account and set it beside pipeline and renewals from your other systems.

Querri only reads from Gainsight PX and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Gainsight PX data

Which paying accounts have users who stopped showing up?

Gainsight PX keeps last-seen dates on each user, but tying that to contract value means exporting and matching by hand. Querri joins PX users to their accounts and to Salesforce through the Salesforce IDs PX stores, so the answer comes back with the renewal attached.

Salesforce

How many users does each account have, and how often do they visit?

Visit counts live on individual user records, so an account-level view takes a pivot every time. Make it a Querri KPI by account and plan, and the same definition is used in every chat and report.

KPIs

Which accounts have had no user seen in weeks?

Nobody checks every account's last-seen date each morning. Querri's nightly insights scan the synced PX accounts and flag the ones that have gone quiet, so CSMs hear about it before the renewal call.

Ask the Connector Agent to connect Gainsight PX and paste your PX API key into the secure form it opens. The agent never sees the key. Then pick which data to bring in and how often it refreshes.

What data syncs from Gainsight PX?

Accounts, users, product features, segments, knowledge center articles and bot entries, plus the account and user attribute definitions. User records carry fields such as last seen date, number of visits, role and sign-up date; accounts carry plan, industry and user counts.

How often does Gainsight PX data refresh?

Each sync reloads the full set of PX data you chose, on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, or when you run it by hand. Questions are answered from that copy, so numbers reflect the most recent sync.
