Canny + Querri

Canny feedback, weighed by the customers asking

Querri reads Canny boards, posts, votes, comments, status changes, users, companies and changelog entries, so you can rank requests by who wants them and track what shipped.

Querri only reads from Canny and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Canny data

Which feature requests matter most to our biggest customers?

Canny shows votes and MRR per post, but weighting requests by plan or renewal date means joining with data held elsewhere. Querri joins voters' companies to Salesforce accounts and ranks requests by revenue at stake.

Salesforce

How long do posts sit before their status changes?

Status history lives on each post, so measuring the time from request to planned to complete takes manual work. Querri computes it from status changes and tracks the median as a KPI.

KPIs

What did we ship this quarter, and who asked for it?

Changelog entries point to the posts they close, and votes point to the people behind each post, so the list of who to tell takes two hops. Querri follows both and sends a quarterly summary naming the companies to contact.
