Dixa + Querri

Dixa support reporting by queue, agent and channel

Querri reads the Dixa conversation export: each conversation's channel, queue, assignee, tags, ratings, custom fields and timings. Ask where handling time goes and which topics bring low ratings.

Querri only reads from Dixa and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Dixa data

Which tags bring the lowest ratings?

Each exported conversation carries its tags and its rating score, so linking the two is one question rather than a pivot table. Querri ranks topics by average rating and volume.

AI Chat

How long do conversations wait in each queue?

Queued, assigned and closed timestamps come over for every conversation. Querri turns them into wait and handling time by queue and keeps them on a dashboard.

Dashboards

Are agents tagging the same issue the same way?

Exported conversations show every tag variant agents have used for one problem, and those variants split topic counts. Record once in Querri which tags mean the same thing, and later answers count them together.
