Front + Querri

Ask Front about your shared inboxes, in plain words

Querri reads Front conversations and their messages, inboxes, teammates, teams, tags, contacts and accounts, so questions about workload and topics get answered from the whole inbox history.

Querri only reads from Front and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Front data

Which topics are taking up most of the team's week?

Tags in Front often overlap, so one topic hides under three names and the counts never add up. Querri lets you write a rule that groups those tags as one topic, then answers with that rule every time.

Facts & rules

How long do customers wait between their message and our reply?

Front stores each message with whether it was inbound and when it arrived. Querri works out the gap between inbound and outbound messages per conversation and tracks it by inbox on a dashboard.

Dashboards

Which Salesforce accounts write to us most?

Front has its own accounts and contacts, but deal size and renewal dates sit in Salesforce. Querri matches the two by email or domain and ranks accounts by conversation volume.

Ask the Connector Agent to connect Front, then paste an API key and pick a start date in the secure form. You can also set a page limit for how many records each request returns.

What Front data does Querri sync?

Conversations with their messages, events, followers and drafts, inboxes and channels, teammates and teams, tags, contacts, contact groups and notes, accounts, links, knowledge base articles and message templates.

How often does Front data refresh?
