Mixmax + Querri

Find out which Mixmax sequences earn replies

Querri reads your Mixmax sequences and their recipients, the messages you send and the tracking on each email: opens, clicks, downloads, replies and bounces. Compare sequences and reps side by side.

Querri only reads from Mixmax and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Mixmax data

Which sequences get replies, and which only get opened?

Comparing the drop from open to reply across every sequence and rep usually means exporting and stitching sheets together. Querri reads recipients and tracked email activity together, builds the comparison and can send it to your team every Monday.

Reports & automation

What reply rate does each rep hold, week to week?

A reply rate only means something if everyone counts bounces and declined meetings the same way. Define it once as a KPI in Querri and every chart, answer and report uses that one definition.

KPIs

Are we still emailing people who unsubscribed?

The unsubscribe list and sequence recipients are kept in different places in Mixmax, and checking one against the other by hand is slow. Querri matches them, and Data cleansing flags addresses written in different formats so a match isn't missed.
