What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their OnceHub data

Which booking pages and event types fill up, and which sit empty?

Comparing booking volume across every page, event type and team over several months means exporting from OnceHub and pivoting. Querri counts bookings by page, event type and owner and keeps the trend on a dashboard.

Dashboards

What share of booked meetings actually take place?

The answer depends on which booking statuses count as held, and two teams rarely count them the same way. Write the rule once in Facts & rules and every question about OnceHub bookings follows it.

Facts & rules

Did the people who booked a demo become customers?

Bookings sit in OnceHub and deals sit in your CRM, with no report that spans both. Connect HubSpot too and Querri matches booking contacts to HubSpot contacts by email, so you can follow a booked demo to a closed deal.
