What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their PandaDoc data

How long does a document take from creation to completion?

PandaDoc shows each document's status, but averaging the days between creation and completion by month takes an export and a stack of formulas. Querri works it out from the dates and tracks the cycle time as a KPI.

KPIs

Which closed-won deals have no completed contract?

Signed paperwork sits in PandaDoc while deal stages sit in the CRM, and the two drift apart. Connect Salesforce too and ask Querri to set opportunity stages beside document status, so mismatches stand out.

What is about to expire unsigned?

Expiry dates are easy to miss when documents get checked one at a time. A nightly monitor can look through the latest sync for documents nearing expiration that aren't completed and send the list to your sales team.

FAQ

PandaDoc and Querri: common questions

How do I connect PandaDoc to Querri?

Through a PandaDoc API key plus a start date, entered in the secure form after you ask the Connector Agent for PandaDoc. The key never reaches the agent. Documents, templates, forms and contacts then load into the Library.

What PandaDoc data does Querri sync?

Documents with name, status and created, modified, completed and expiry dates, plus each document's fields, sections and attachments. Templates, forms, contacts, workspace members and document and template folders come over too.

How often is PandaDoc data refreshed?

Each sync reloads the PandaDoc data you chose in full, daily, weekly or monthly, or on demand. Answers reflect the document statuses captured at the last sync, so run one by hand if you need this morning's signatures counted.
