PartnerStack + Querri

Measure your partner program with PartnerStack data

Querri reads your PartnerStack partnerships and groups, the deals and leads partners submit, referred customers, transactions and rewards. See which partners move revenue and what each costs in payouts.

Querri only reads from PartnerStack and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their PartnerStack data

Which partners submit deals that actually close?

PartnerStack tracks deal stage and amount per partner, but ranking partners by won amount across quarters means exporting and pivoting each time. Querri groups deals by partner and stage and saves the analysis in a Project you can rerun.

Projects

What do we pay out in rewards compared with what partners bring in?

Rewards and transactions are separate lists, so the comparison usually ends up in a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month. Querri totals both per partnership and sends the comparison as a scheduled report.

Reports & automation

Does partner-referred revenue match what we invoiced?

PartnerStack records transactions, while invoices and payments are kept in accounting. Connect QuickBooks as well and Querri can compare referred customers' transactions with what was billed to them.

FAQ

PartnerStack and Querri: common questions

How do I connect PartnerStack to Querri?

Enter both PartnerStack keys, public and private, plus a start date. The Connector Agent opens a secure form for them when you ask it to connect PartnerStack, and it never sees either key. Partnerships, deals, leads, customers and rewards then load.

What PartnerStack data comes over?

Partnerships with partner details and tags, partner groups, deals with stage, amount and close date, leads, referred customers, transactions with amount and currency, and rewards with amount and status. Records from before your start date are skipped.

How often does PartnerStack data refresh?

Every sync reloads your PartnerStack data in full, on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, or when you run it by hand. Questions run on the copy in your Library, current as of the last sync.

Can I compare results by partner group?

Yes. Partner groups come over alongside partnerships, so you can compare tiers or programs side by side: deals won, leads submitted, transactions and rewards per group, or which group's partners referred the most customers last quarter.

Does Querri change anything in PartnerStack?

No. Querri only reads from PartnerStack. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my PartnerStack data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
