Planhat + Querri

Planhat renewals, churn and NPS, answered in plain English

Querri reads Planhat companies, end users, licenses, invoices, churn records, NPS responses, conversations, tickets and tasks, so customer success questions can reach across the whole portfolio and into your billing and CRM data.

Querri only reads from Planhat and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Planhat data

Which renewals coming up next quarter look at risk?

Planhat holds the renewal date on licenses and the signals on companies and NPS, but combining them takes a custom view. Querri joins licenses, health and NPS scores in one answer and can send the at-risk list to CSMs every Monday.

Reports & automation

Why are we losing revenue, by reason and segment?

Churn records carry reasons, value and products, yet the totals by segment usually end up in a spreadsheet. Define net revenue retention and churned ARR once as Querri KPIs and every team reads the same number.

KPIs

Does Planhat ARR match what we actually invoice?

Contract values in a CS tool drift from the accounting system over time. Querri sets Planhat licenses next to QuickBooks invoices and lists the companies where the two disagree.
