Productboard + Querri

Which Productboard requests matter most, by customer value

Querri reads Productboard products, components, features, statuses, customer notes with their tags and links, companies, releases and objectives, so you can see who asks for what and put a revenue figure next to it.

Querri only reads from Productboard and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Productboard data

Which feature requests come from our biggest customers?

Productboard links notes to companies, but it doesn't know what each company pays. Querri joins notes and their linked features to Salesforce accounts, so demand is weighted by contract value, not by note count.

Salesforce

What themes keep coming up in customer notes?

Notes arrive from many channels with inconsistent tags. Querri's data cleansing folds tag variants together on the synced copy, so a theme isn't split across three spellings.

Data cleansing

How many requested features shipped in each release?

Answering this means matching each release's assigned features against their status and the notes linked to them. Querri combines the three in a dashboard that shows, release by release, how much customer-requested work went out.
