How do I connect Simplesat to Querri?
Ask the Connector Agent to connect Simplesat and paste your API key into the secure form. Optionally set a start and end date to limit the answers and responses that are read. The agent never sees the key.
What data syncs from Simplesat?
Surveys, with their metric and type, questions, responses and answers. Responses carry the customer and ticket they relate to; answers carry the choice, sentiment, follow-up comment, and whether the answer was published as a testimonial.
How often does Simplesat data refresh?
Each sync reloads the Simplesat data you chose in full, daily, weekly or monthly, or on demand. Questions run on Querri's copy from the most recent sync.
What do the start and end dates do?
They bound the answers and responses Querri reads. Responses after a fixed end date are not read, so leave it empty if you want each scheduled sync to bring in new ones.
Does Querri change anything in Simplesat?
No. Querri only reads from Simplesat. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.
Is my Simplesat data secure in Querri?
Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
