Survicate + Querri

Analyze Survicate survey responses by asking

Querri reads your Survicate surveys, their questions, every response and the attributes attached to each respondent. You can slice answers by any of those attributes and set them beside data from your other systems.

Querri only reads from Survicate and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Survicate data

Which respondent segments give the lowest scores?

Survicate shows results survey by survey, so comparing answer patterns across attributes like plan, role or company size means exporting and pivoting by hand. Querri joins responses to respondent attributes and lets you ask the comparison directly.

AI Chat

Do unhappy survey answers show up before a customer churns?

Survey answers live in Survicate and deal outcomes live in your CRM, so the two rarely get compared. When respondents carry an email attribute, Querri matches them to HubSpot contacts and shows whether low scores came before a lost renewal.

HubSpot

Did the score move after a launch or change?

Tracking one question's average week by week across several surveys means re-running exports. In Querri you set the score up once as a KPI and watch it on every refresh.

FAQ

Survicate and Querri: common questions

How do I connect Survicate to Querri?

Ask the Connector Agent to connect Survicate, then paste your Survicate API key into the secure form and set a start date. Querri uses the key only to read survey data, and the agent itself never sees it.

Which Survicate data comes over?

Surveys, the questions in each survey, survey responses with their answers, device and language details, and respondent attributes, plus the link between each respondent and their responses. Everything lands in your Library as tables you can query.

How often does Survicate data refresh?

Each sync reloads the full set of Survicate data you selected, on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, or whenever you run it by hand. Questions run on Querri's copy from the most recent sync.

Why does Survicate ask for a start date?

It sets how far back the copy reaches. Surveys created before the start date are left out entirely, along with all their responses, and in the surveys that remain, responses collected before that date are dropped. Pick a date older than the first survey you still report on.

Does Querri change anything in Survicate?

No. Querri only reads from Survicate. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my Survicate data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
