UserVoice + Querri

UserVoice feedback, weighed by the accounts behind it

Querri reads UserVoice suggestions, feedback records, supporters, comments, statuses and product areas. Ask which requests carry the most weight and how fast the team moves them through your statuses.

Querri only reads from UserVoice and never changes your records. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and your data is never used to train a model.

What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their UserVoice data

Which feature requests come from our largest customers?

UserVoice external accounts already carry MRR and revenue, but open deals and renewal dates sit in your CRM. Querri follows each supporter back to their account and joins Salesforce, so you can rank suggestions by the pipeline and renewals behind them.

Salesforce

How long do suggestions sit in each status?

Status updates are recorded one by one, so time-in-status is hard to read from the UserVoice admin. Querri works it out from the status update history and puts it on a dashboard that refreshes with each sync.

Dashboards

What does the product team need to see this week?

Pulling new feedback records, top suggestions and recent status changes into a weekly note takes someone's Monday. Querri can build that summary and send it on a schedule.

FAQ

UserVoice and Querri: common questions

How do I connect UserVoice to Querri?

Tell the Connector Agent to connect UserVoice, then enter your UserVoice subdomain, an API key and a start date in the secure form. The key is stored encrypted and the agent never sees it.

What UserVoice data syncs?

Forums, suggestions, features, feedback records, supporters, comments, notes, categories, labels, product areas, segments, statuses and status updates, importance scores, users, teams, and external accounts and users. You choose which of these to bring into your Library.

How often is UserVoice data refreshed?

Querri reloads your selected UserVoice data in full on each sync, daily, weekly or monthly, or on demand. Answers reflect the copy from the latest sync, not the UserVoice admin at that moment.

Can I weigh UserVoice requests by account revenue?

Yes. External accounts come over with MRR and revenue, and each supporter links through their user to an account. Querri totals that revenue per suggestion, and adds open pipeline or renewal dates when your CRM is connected too.

Does Querri change anything in UserVoice?

No. Querri only reads from UserVoice. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.

Is my UserVoice data secure in Querri?

Yes. Querri is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001:2022 certified, credentials are stored encrypted, and your data is never used to train a model.
