What you can answer

Questions teams ask about their Vitally data

Which renewals are at risk next quarter?

Vitally holds each account's health score and next renewal date, but the support load and billing history behind the risk sit elsewhere. Querri lines them up and flags low-health accounts each night as their renewal date gets close.

Nightly insights & monitors

Are CSMs keeping up with their task load?

Tasks come over with assignee, due date and completion date, so overdue work by CSM is a single question. Querri can track it as a KPI so the trend is visible week to week.

KPIs

Does more support volume line up with lower health scores?

Vitally conversations and health scores are useful alone; next to support tickets they tell you more. Connect your help desk and Querri compares the two by account.
