How do I connect Yotpo to Querri?
Ask the Connector Agent to connect Yotpo, then fill in the secure form with your Yotpo access token, app key, registered email address and a date-from filter. Querri uses these only to read, and the agent never sees the token.
What Yotpo data does Querri read?
Reviews with score, title, content, sentiment, SKU, votes and incentive details; the raw review request email log with sent, opened and clicked times; email analytics totals; and unsubscribers. Each becomes a table in your Library.
How often is Yotpo data refreshed?
Each sync reloads your Yotpo data in full, daily, weekly or monthly, or whenever you start one by hand. Questions run on the copy from the most recent sync.
Can I see reviews next to orders?
Yes. Reviews carry the SKU and reviewer email, and review request emails carry the order ID. Connect your store or order data too and Querri joins them, so you can relate review scores to order volume or returns by product.
Does Querri change anything in Yotpo?
No. Querri only reads from Yotpo. It never creates, edits or deletes records there, and every answer runs on Querri's own copy of the data.
Is my Yotpo data secure in Querri?
